| 2. Quick delivery: ordered in the morning – shipped in the evening |
| As a rule, any orders we receive by 12:00 noon are shipped out the same day. If, as on rare occasion happens, the product should not be on hand, we will let you know that very day when you can expect delivery. |
| 3. The best possible terms of delivery: even comparatively small orders delivered free of charge – otherwise low shipping charges |
| We will send your order to any address you wish on the following terms: Germany:
free of charge starting at € 100 (net value of goods), otherwise € 5.40/package charged for shipping
Austria:
free of charge starting at € 250 (net value of goods), otherwise € 7.20/package charged for shipping
Italy: free of charge starting at € 250 (net value of goods), otherwise € 11.90/package charged for shipping
(terms of delivery to islands and additional countries upon request)

| 4. Low minimum order requirements, if at all |
| For reasons of packaging or production, we must require minimum orders for some of our products. However, most products can be supplied by roll or unit quantities, so that you can order exactly the amounts you need! |
| 5. Custom-made products |
| If you can afford to wait for a mere two to three weeks, we can supply you with many of our products in special dimensions and/or colors. Please let us know what you would like! |
| 6. Free samples |
| Upon request, we will be happy to send you samples roughly 20 cm in length of our tapes free of charge and without obligation, so you can judge the quality of our materials for yourself. This lets you see beforehand whether the product is indeed what you require! |
| 7. Two weeks allowed for return or exchange |
| If the product you ordered is not what you actually wanted, we will of course take it back! Please note that we can only accept returns if you send them within fourteen days free of charge and let us know by means of a brief telephone call beforehand. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or accept returns of goods in special dimensions or colors, since they were made especially for you. |
